We will be back and do enjoy this place but probably won't do the scampi and May enjoy more in the summer when you can sit outside and enjoy the view that you should have been able to enjoy from inside the restaurant. To achieve the big lodge look on the outside, the big window cross hatches and oversized columns block your view from actually seeing all the beauty that is just outside. Although this is a beautiful restaurant the designers kinda messed up the view from the inside out.
I little more care preparing the pasta al dente before hand and make sure it heats thoroughly before serving would really help this dish. The pasta was precooked and added to the dish near the end of cooking. No matter what you’re in the mood for, Snoqualmie Casino offers numerous delicious dining options. It was a great presentation and the flavors were there but the pasta was over cooked and gummy yet cold at the same time. Our only complaint on the food was we got the shrimp scampi cocked table side. The service was fantastic and the food looked spectacular. Definitely made the atmosphere upscale and enjoyable. The Sportsbook window is only staffed on Monday Friday 9:00 AM 11:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM. It’s a small space with a few tables and chairs, along with a bar setup, and of course a book window. Nice atmosphere and live soothing music being played. The Sportsbook at Snoqualmie is located in the far northwest corner of the casino floor when entering from the elevators.
